Seymour received the #1 seed in the regional and a first-round bye. They will host the winner of Northland Pines vs. Medford on Saturday, June 2, at 1 p.m.

Hortonville came to Seymour to play the last game of the regular season on Thursday, May 24, and the Thunder came out on top with the score of 2-0.
Just 3:20 into the game Brianna Messner scored off of Tiffany Fameree’s assist when she passed it through their defense.
Then Kelsey Kominowski scored at the 20:03 minute assisted by Allison von Brevern after she attempted a shot off the corner kick.
Seniors Allison Theobald and Kelly Timm were recognized this night along with the senior managers Lance Burch, Doug Larson, Melissa Maass, and Drew Morrissey.
Seymour outshot the Polar bears 14-5 for the win.
The win also got the Thunder an impressive 20th win of the season with only four losses overall.

On Monday May 21 Denmark came to play Seymour who won 8-0 and clinch the Bay Conference championship outright.
The first goal of the game came from Brianna Messner 7:50 into the game, assisted by Tiffany Fameree, who crossed the ball from the right to Messner who dribbled and shot.
Jenna Golliher got a goal 12:38 minutes in, assisted by both Fameree and Kelly Timm.
Next Allison von Brevern got a goal at 37:50, assisted by Messner from a drop pass.
Freshman Catie Kollath shot 39:54 from a cross from Golliher.
Then Fameree got a goal 41:14 off a through ball past the defense from Golliher. Golliher got her second goal 42:17 from Messner’s throw in.
Next Fameree got her second goal at 51:19 as she tapped the ball around the keeper, assisted by Mariah Metoxen.
The final goal of the game came from senior Allison Theobald 64:01 from Fameree’s corner kick.
Seymour outshot the Viking 20-1 for the win.

On Friday May 18, the Thunder traveled to a very good DePere team and lost 5-0.
Seymour did not have their best performance of the season and was unable to get a goal for themselves.
