Annual impact aid hearing

The Seymour Community School District will conduct the Annual Impact Aid Hearing and Title VII Indian Education Review at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in the Rock Ledge Intermediate Center Multipurpose Room. The Impact Aid Hearing is conducted in accordance with the Federal Law governing Public Law 81-874. The district will apply for impact aid because of the loss of local property tax revenue associated with the federal lands in the Town of Oneida. Federal Title VII Indian Education will also be reviewed at the meeting.
