Local boy’s short film selected to be part of film festival in New Jersey

Truett’s Uhlenbrauck short film “So We Bowl” was officially selected to be a part of the Rahway Reels Short Film Festival in New Jersey!
His film is a short heightened drama about a boy, coping with loss, who comes of age to realize that adults don’t always have the answers either. Truett is thirteen and in the eighth grade at Black Creek Elementary and Middle School. They were honored to be featured with other strong genre films September 23rd at Rahway Reels with Nerd CORE.
The film has also been selected to be screened at the Weyauwega International Film Festival. It was played Saturday November 11 in the 12:30 block of short films. It was close to home to catch the film and support local actors and directors. Director Max Hauser along with Truett and other cast members who were in attendance.
