PACE alive and well in Black Creek and Seymour areas

Parent and Child Enrichment is a strength-based early childhood education program which is designed for families with children from birth to five years old to foster parent and child interaction in a fun structured environment. PACE focuses on building children’s social skills and learning, parent education, and fun through activities. These activities include circle time activities, art projects, free choice play, story time and healthy snacks.
PACE meets in both Black Creek and Seymour on the following schedule:
At Rock Ledge Primary, PACE meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11 a.m. and on Monday evenings from 6-7:30 p.m.
At Black Creek Elementary, PACE meets from 9-11 a.m. on Monday and Wednesdays and Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30 p.m.
The daytime PACE facilitator, Tammy Nachtwey, and our evening PACE facilitator, Wanda Holtz, are both committed to bringing you and your child a terrific experience through PACE.
If you are interested in finding more about PACE you can call 920-833-5155 Ext 703 or you can email Community Family Resource Center, Inc (CFRC) at Better yet, bring your child and stop in and experience PACE for yourself. As one parent participant recently commented, “Because of PACE, we had a seamless transition to 4K!”
PACE is one of several programs offered by the CFRC. CFRC is a non-profit charitable organization sponsored by the United Way Fox Cities and the Seymour Community School District. CFRC’s mission is to strengthen families to strengthen the community.
All Seymour-Black Creek area residents are invited to participate in any of CFRC’s programming. Look for articles in the weeks ahead regarding CFRC’s other programs. Also mark your calendars for Feb. 24, 2018 for Winterfest in the Seymour Middle School gymnasium.
Try PACE, you and your child will both enjoy it. The flexible scheduling allows for many residents to experience it.
