Seymour Relay For Life slated June 29

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Seymour will take place from 6 p.m. to midnight June 29 at the Seymour High School track.
The opening ceremony, which includes a special survivors and caregivers lap, will begin at 6 p.m.
A luminaria ceremony to honor cancer survivors and remember those lost to cancer will take place at 9:30 p.m.
The theme for this year’s Relay For Life is “Christmas in June.”
Activities will include a bounce house, silent auction, concessions, DJ, scavenger hunt and frozen T-shirt contest.

Cancer survivors will receive a complimentary commemorative T-shirt and are encouraged to join the survivor lap at 6 p.m.
