Black Creek School had its third annual fall festival and glow run on Thursday, Nov. 8.
Although it was a chilly night there was good attendance. The children had their faces painted, played pumpkin bowling and pumpkin ring toss. Food was also in abundance and available.
A photo booth was also on the premise for the students to participate in and take with them some memories.
Per Holly Rusch, secretary, the school made about $4,600 in proceeds that night which goes right back to the school and students. Previously, proceeds were used for technology and this year’s proceeds will possibly go towards updating playground equipment and field trips.
Where the monies go will depend on what the teachers greatest needs are and what would benefit the school and the students.
